Labradorite Heart Crystal

Labradorite is the stone of transformation and courage. It helps to reduce any negative energy and banish fear and insecurities. 

Cleanse your crystals by using sound, smoke or laying it over selenite. Set an intention for your crystal(s) by holding them with your non-dominant hand and put it over your heart, say your intentions or what is it you need your crystal to help you with and thank it at the end.
